Expedited Shipping: If you select expedited shipping, your order will ship out on the same business day if placed by 12 pm EST. Orders placed after 12 pm EST will be processed the next business day. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order ships. Once you receive that email, your order will generally arrive within 2-3 business days.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico: Your order will ship within 2 business days after purchase and will be shipped using USPS final mile delivery. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information at that time. Once you receive that email, your order will generally arrive within 7-10 business days.
CAN I USE A US PARCEL FORWARDING SERVICE?
Yes, SlumberPod orders can be placed and shipped to a US Parcel forwarding service for delivery outside of the United States. However, we cannot guarantee our usual customer support or warranties for these types of orders.
