At Home: I am pressing the control buttons on the front of the product and nothing is happening. What should I do?

To use the control buttons for the sounds, the master unit power must be on.  Press and hold the power button on the lower backside of the unit until the amber light illuminates.   If you cannot get the power to turn on, try recharging the unit.
