The pillowcase is machine washable. We do not recommend routinely washing the pillow insert; however, if washing is needed, place the pillow inside a laundry bag and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Avoid high heat, which may affect the pillow’s shape.
Will the pillow shrink or change shape after washing?
With proper care, the polyester fiber fill should maintain its shape. If the pillow insert needs to be washed, use a laundry bag and a gentle cold-water cycle. Shake and fluff the pillow several times while it dries to help redistribute the fill. Avoid high heat, which may cause the pillow to change shape.
How do I fluff or reshape the pillow after washing?
Shake and manually fluff the pillow several times while it dries, redistributing the fill as needed. Continue until the pillow is completely dry and has returned to its normal shape.
The SlumberCloud arrives vacuum packed. How long does it take to expand?
The pillow begins expanding immediately after you open the vacuum packaging and should reach its full loft in approximately 30 minutes. Gently shaking and fluffing the pillow can help speed up the process.
How thick is the SlumberCloud Pillow?
Once fully expanded after unpacking, SlumberCloud measures approximately 9 cm (3.5 inches) thick.
